Shipping policy

Our process time for new orders is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been proceseed, you will get an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You can expect to see tracking information updated within 1 business day from receiving the shipping confirmation email.

We currently only ship within the United States through USPS and UPS, below are our shipping methods and fees.

Cottontail Children's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon submitting your order, please confirm your address is correct.

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday as our warehouse is closed Saturday + Sunday

HOLIDAYS  - We guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, certain federal holidays may cause further delays in shipping that is out of our control.
