Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly process a return and issue you store credit.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, go to our returns page located in the footer of our webpage. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Your orders are carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged by our team to put a smile on your face when they arrive!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or gift cards. 

 Items—such as teethers, toys, pacifiers, and plush toys—are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

All products marked **FINAL SALE** are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Gift Basket Return Policy

We accept returns on gift basket contents within 7 days of purchase. However, certain items—such as teethers, toys, pacifiers, and plush toys—are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, and have their original tags attached.

Because our gift sets are thoughtfully curated with great care, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all gift set returns.

Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can only be used for online purchases at checkout.
